I want an ice cream

Started my first 2 weeks of internship. I like it being new and challenging because it exposes me to things that I might not have experienced had I taken on a job somewhere else.

In this 2 weeks, we've also confirmed and bought our plane tickets for exchange! There are just so many things to get done and we haven't even applied for our residence permit yet. Things we used to do so easily day on day just gets so tiring and hard to find time to do given that we're now always busy working the whole day.

It's a public holiday today and I'm supposed to be up and about but I'm just too tired to move. My alarm rang at its usual time early this morning because I forgot to turn it off yesterday. I'm also down with a bacterial infection in my lymph nodes that's making my neck painful and I'm having such a hard time doing the usual. ): I can't really do anything much without feeling irritated by the pain in my neck. The last time I had this infection was 10 years ago and I landed myself in the hospital. Hope it isn't as bad this time.

To lighten the mood, here are some recent activities I've been up to! Pardon my not-too-boring-but-not-very-exciting-either life. (:

Celebrated 6 months with my dear boy recently. (:

Accompanied him to get some work shirts and I got bored...

And then, I was influenced by him to make a purchase of my own that day too...

And so I wore it out immediately the next day because it was too pretty to not wear! :P

Then, on another day, we went to Topshop and I tried this jumpsuit on. I must say it was really comfortable to wear. If I did get it, it would be like wearing pyjamas out. 

Very comfy, hence very pricey.

The last weekend before work started, I watched a performance titled Timeless by Emix with Sammy! (:

So, in the following week, work started and I visited the Blueprint Trade show!

It was fun to be there to get to see many different designs and their designers but I can't believe I missed the last fashion show! Oh well...

I also visited the Mint Museum of Toys earlier this week but didn't enter. I guess it's next time then! 

The decor was really awesome and eyecatching though.

Alright. So I'm going to take a nap now and see how the medicine works for me. Happy holidays everyone!

Exams are over! Hurray! I just hope that my grades won't disappoint. I believe I did try my best. Oh well, I've really got to work harder next semester. It's so hard to score and do well especially when everyone else is smarter than you and all from top JCs. =/ I screwed up some things for sure. =/ Ah well, never mind. I shall leave those worries for January. It's time to enjoy now! :D

Mum got me 2 things from Sephora today. Hehehe. She said they're my advanced Christmas presents.
Hoho I'm so lucky. It's my first make up thing that I've bought in my life! Yay!

Had Macs breakfast with darling last week before I accompanied him for a haircut. Awesome simple Sausage Mcmuffin without egg. I never liked it with the egg. One of the 4 choices I eat for breakfast at Macs. Kinda rushed down just for the $4 deal before it ended and mine was the last order! (:

 Ate this for dinner at 9pm a few nights ago. My nights have been haywire the past few nights. It always happens during exam week. This is the super awesome seafood pasta from Bakerzin. It's the only thing that's worth eating there, I think. Oh, and of course, the macaroons! :D Love the chocolate and hazelnut flavours as usual. (:

I watched Twilight today with Mum and I'm going to watch it again with Yvonne tomorrow. Thankfully I'm using free tickets that are expiring the end of this month so I'm not wasting money watching it twice. I'm not a twilight fan but my mum is! I mean, I really don't mind the storyline and Jacob. Afterall, I really love love stories and Jacob's acting is natural and not bad. I just feel that Edward and Bella can't act well together. Whenever I see them, although they are supposed to be a couple, I just can't help but see a lack of chemistry between them and I absolutely hate it when Bella ALWAYS mumbles when she talks. Oh well, I tried to put that aside and enjoy the action anyway. (: I feel that Ashley Greene is just as pretty but I like her better with long hair. (:

I need my Oreo

I bidded for 2 of my modules 2 days ago and I must say, watching some of my friends do it can make things quite crazy. It's not stressful, but it's crazy. Everyone's hoping to get the profs they like/think are good and are not sure how much to bid on them. Thankfully, I secured both my modules this semester. This is only my 1st bidding session. There are so many more to come!! Hoho.

I feel so blur these few days. On monday afternoon, I panicked thinking that I had missed a school talk scheduled from 8.30am to noon. I told myself that I will crash the next morning talk on tuesday instead. After checking my calendar again, I realised that the talk I registered for was on tuesday and there wasn't any on monday. So blur.

The other day, as I was heading to school, I ran after the bus and boarded it without even looking at the bus number because I assumed it was the right bus. After it passed the next bus stop, I realised that I might be on the wrong bus because there will usually be a lot of people rushing to board the bus, but nobody boarded this one! So 3 stops after, I decided to alight and the bus went towards a different direction. Phew. Another blur moment of mine.
